Can you mod a inscribable shield to be -2, -2? - Guild Wars Forums

Like the title says can you add both mods on of -2 in stance and -2 while enchanted?

you cant make a shield with those stats, however you can buy one from b4 the nerf. Collectors should have some of them you'll just have to look around.
